How to Use:

🟢 Inflate balloon and twist the neck

🔁 For Twist Clip: Wrap neck around the post and hook into place

🔒 For Snap Clip: Place twisted neck inside and snap shut

🎈 To remove, unhook or unsnap and deflate as needed
